Recipiq is sold by Filippos Alexidis. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Premium isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund it.
Our payments are processed by Stripe. Email us at support@cooking-capture.lovable.app with the email address on your order and we'll arrange your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel any time from your Profile in the app, or through the link in your order receipt. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling on its own doesn't trigger a refund — request one as described above if you're within 30 days.
If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us — we'd rather sort it out than have you pay for something you're not using.
