Recipiq is operated by Filippos Alexidis ("we", "us"). These terms form an agreement between you and Filippos Alexidis. By creating an account or continuing to use Recipiq, you agree to them. You confirm you are of legal age in your country, or that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

The service

Recipiq turns recipe videos, posts, photos and text into structured recipes you can cook from. Some features are free; a paid Premium plan removes the monthly import limit. We may change or improve features over time.

Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Recipiq unlawfully, or for fraud or spam;
• import or upload content you have no right to use, or infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with the service's security — no malware, probing, scraping or circumventing limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

You keep responsibility for the content you import and for checking that a recipe is safe and accurate before you cook from it. Imported recipes always keep a link to the original post and creator; we do not claim ownership of anyone else's content.

Our intellectual property

Filippos Alexidis retains all rights in Recipiq, including its software, design, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your chosen plan.

AI-generated results

Recipes are reconstructed automatically and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Where a quantity is not stated in the source, we leave it blank rather than invent it. Always use your own judgement, especially regarding allergens, food safety and cooking temperatures.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For eligible orders, Stripe also handles tax compliance, fraud protection, disputes and transaction-level support on our behalf; your bank statement may show LINK.COM* followed by our name for those orders. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Service level

We work hard to keep Recipiq available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, data or goodwill). Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using Recipiq at any time and delete your recipes; deleting a recipe also removes anything we stored while processing it.

Governing law and contact
